Under the Stars Luxury Apartments in Boracay Island responds to an apartment brief shaped by a resort setting. The design has to hold the practical repetition of residences alongside shared spaces that open toward the island landscape.
Exterior, pool, and beach views show a response that steps between built mass and outdoor life. Terraces and broad edges create a gradual transition to the water, while the architectural language remains consistent across the development. The project record notes a joint venture with Ar.
